The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic sales plans that take into account revenue and profit targets, market penetration strategies, risks and competitive analysis to accomplish corporate goals.

• Lead the development and ongoing execution of sales strategies in the GCC and Middle East area.
• Sell into existing and potential clients
• Create long and short term sales objectives that will increase:
o market share
o client win rate
o outstanding orders
o profitability
• Analyze the effectiveness of sales programs and processes, recommend and implement changes based on findings
• Monitor all incoming leads and assign such leads to the appropriate sales professional including personally assuming appropriate leads
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to accomplish growth targets by identifying, tracking and qualifying projects
• Attain aggressive sales goals with high volume in person and phone contacts
• Increase penetration into existing clients by identifying and developing additional contacts and expanding our offerings
• Gain initial entry into new clients with services and product offerings
• Assure immediate response to all client inquiries and follow up to confirm such
• Skillfully resolve conflicts and negotiate with others both within and outside the organization to remove barriers to selling
• Ensure the implementation and use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
• Maintain budgetary control of sales expenses
• Coordinate product and service pricing and service fulfillment with corporate staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering from a four-year college or university
• Sales experience within the engineering or consulting services sector of the oil and gas or chemical processing industry
• Direct sales experience with an emphasis on major accounts
• Practical working knowledge of principles and methods of promoting and selling products and services, including sales strategies, technical services presentations and influencing customer decisions
• Proven track record for establishing and meeting revenue targets
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills to quickly assess a client’s needs and the products and services the company company can provide to satisfy those needs.
• Excellent platform skills and the ability to easily interact and at all levels of a client organization.
• Must be able to travel nationally and internationally as deemed necessary to meet client and corporate requirements.
