1. Coordinate and manage the work of production, transport, admin, customer services , IT, HR trams in the company.
2. Oversee recruitment process in the company, conduct interviews for senior staff (supervisors an above )
3. Set up Services levels for customers together with Customer coordinators: cover in absence of Services Coordinator
4. Arrange the logistics for customer deliveries in coordination with transport supervisor: cover in absence of transport manager
5. Work closely with production Manager to ensure highest quality standards are achieved; cover for absence.
6. Involvement in purchasing decisions with regards to production, transport , IT requirements.
7. Coordination with engineering team for PPM and repairs of machinery support engineering team in times of absence of engineering Manager.
8. Closely be involved in various software related matters, cover for the absence of IT support,
9. ‘Initiating and organizing trainings and appraisals of staff.
10. Support Sales Team
11. Involvement in budgets and projects
12. Assist and support General Manager and provide cover during absence.
