1. Liaising with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
2. Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
3. Supervising staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback

• Chalking out or improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
• Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI’s
• Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

• Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
• Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
• Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
• Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
• Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
• Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
• Introduce new projects, review market strategies and business plans
• Establishing new factories, introduce & bringing machines
• Representing company QPSC to the partner companies
• Checking the procedures of the company, the production & the produce materials (from an Engineer’s perspective)
• Assess and review contracts and agreements including tenders ( pinpoint the mistakes and discrepancies)
• To understand what the companies are doing and the business requirements
• To review and understand the partner’s business proposals
• Establish proper communication with the business partners
• Understand clearly the procedures and the requirement of the government –particularly in establishing new factories (permits, Ministry license and documentations)
• Understand clearly the dynamics of exporting & importing
• Full knowledge of the market needs - test the market

• 5 to 10 years proven experience as Operations Manager or equivalent position
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
• In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM)
• Strong personality
• Committed to a high level of ethics and integrity
