To provide administrative support to the Head of Treasury & Investor Relations team and the wider Bahrain based Finance team. The wider Finance team includes Investment Administration & Business Support, Business Analysis & Planning, Corporate & Investment Accounting and Financial Controls.

DUTIES/ ACTIVITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to the following:
• Provide secretarial and administration support to the department.
• Administration activities such as organizing internal and external appointments, travel plans and other related arrangements, preparing expense reports, reconciling imprest accounts, etc.
• Extensive trip planning on a global basis, with particular focus on Continental USA, Europe and Asia for both the Head of Treasury and persons traveling with him.
• Prepare travel itineraries and co-ordinate flights & connections.
• Field incoming calls and alerts team to priorities and importance of calls.
• Assist in the maintenance of databases such as SharePoint, Sales Force, Financial institutions, etc.
• Assist in the preparation of ad hoc and regular management reports.
• Maintain Outlook calendar for meetings and events.
• Maintain organized electronic filing systems.
• Maintain/follow-up with financial institutions and other departments on outstanding issues.
• Maintain filing system in line with established document retention program.
• Assist in the Covenant and reporting register legal requirements.
• Assist in maintaining the Finance Library.
• Assist in setting up high level meetings
• Undertake other duties as requested and required.
