The role is an integral part of the operations to ensure all office administration tasks are completed in a timely manner and ensuring perspective students are proactively nurtured throughout the enrolment process and relationship with sponsors are maintained

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Bahrain office administration / operations
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are adhered too and met
• Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare institutions in the region to promote IOL
• Engage and nurture relationships with prospective students
• Advise proactively prospective students on the programs, in person or via telephone and guiding them through the enrollment process
• Financial aid and academic counseling
• Prepare files for admissions review and on-going follow up
• Maintaining a comprehensive database / CRM platform to include all student records
• Implement student attraction plans for all programmes offered by IOL
• Manage the implementation of Marketing & Communications campaigns / events
• Work with the Marketing & Communications to ensure that all marketing is up to date, accurate and available at required times.
• Support the updating of the University website information.
• Support market studies and research


Others
• Ensure that all Bahrain policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Undergoing programmes of training and development as may be required from time to time.
• Representing the best interest of university at all times.
• Performing such other duties as may be required from time to time.

Education & Experience
• 3 years of relevant supervisory experience is desirable
• Highly motivated with an ability to work on his/her own initiative.
• A higher education qualification, preferably in a business or management-related area or equivalent through experience.
• Knowledge of student recruitment and admissions is desirable but not essential.
• An ability to adapt to the needs of a busy and changing environment, act decisively and prioritize
several initiatives to meet deadlines.
• An effective communication style appropriate to audience and situation.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to focus on, and produce results.
• Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional sales. A business degree is
welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
• Ability to act decisively and meet deadlines.
• Must be prepared to work outside normal working hours and at weekends.
• Enthusiasm & drive to succeed in continuing to deliver the vision of the university Brand and University.
• Strong commitment to own continuous personal and professional development.
• Arabic language is desirable but not essential.
